Process

How it works

    Create an account

    Register with the team leader's email address — the one on the shortlist.

  2. 2

    Verify your email

    Open the verification link we send you. It is valid for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Select your team

    Search for your team by name. Eligibility is confirmed as soon as you select it.

  4. 4

    Submit RSVP and payment

    Enter details for up to 3 participants and your UPI payment reference.

  5. 5

    Receive confirmation

    Organizers verify the payment and approve the RSVP. Your slot is then confirmed.

Submitting an RSVP does not reserve seats. Seats are allocated when an organizer approves it, while capacity lasts.

Submitted by the team leader

Only the account registered with the leader's email on the shortlist can submit the team's RSVP.

Keep your payment details safe

We only need the UPI transaction reference and UPI ID. We will never ask for your PIN, OTP or bank password.

Frequently asked questions

Who can submit an RSVP?

Only shortlisted teams, one RSVP per team. It must be submitted by the team leader using the email address registered on the shortlist.

Is my seat reserved when I submit?

No. Seats are confirmed only when an organizer approves the RSVP after verifying the payment. If capacity is reached first, the RSVP cannot be approved.

How many members can a team have?

Between 1 and 3, including the leader. Each participant needs a unique email address.

Must all members be from the same institution?

Yes. Select GLA University, Mathura, or enter your institution's full official name; it applies to all members.

What payment details are required?

The UPI transaction reference (UTR) and the UPI ID used for the payment.

What happens if my RSVP is rejected?

The reason is shown on your RSVP status page, and you can submit a corrected RSVP for the team.

Check your spam folder, then request a new link from the resend verification page. Links expire after 15 minutes.
